Purpose
FUM-Kids provide children
with fun, developmentally appropriate activities, in a clean, safe, and
inviting environment, where they can play and learn social skills in a
warm Christian atmosphere.
Non refundable Registration Fee $20
Program Options
1. Monday – Friday Mornings (9:15 – 11:30
am)

2. Sibling Care Only Provided to FUMCN siblings

- Only available when parents assisting at FUMCN,
- Registration required when signing up to assist
- Notify fum-kids teacher when changing assist
days
Health
forms for the sibling are required and are included the FUM-Kids registration
packet.
3. Scheduled occasional use program

$16 per class
Children ages 0 to 23 months
$18 per class
Contact
fum-kids teacher to make arrangements to drop off your child during any
regularly scheduled morning class.
4. The young 5's Option (Fum-Fives)
Tuition per semester $1175
Monday
thru Friday (12:30 – 3 PM)

should be 5 yrs old by Dec. 1, 2008

Admissions fee $ 50*
Due
upon acceptance into program to hold your child place in the class
This program option is designed for children in need
of an extra year between preschool and kindergarten. Previous preschool
experience is required. The curriculum is play based enriched with
pre-kindergarten academics, social or life skills, large muscle activities and
frequent field trip or classroom visitors. Please use separate FUM-Fives
application form.
